Who we are

Axiom is the keep-or-drop platform for AI Roles. Axiom and this website are provided by Iterix Systems, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Iterix", "we", "us").

Two kinds of data, two roles

Account and website data — what you give us to join the waitlist, contact us, or hold an account — we handle as the party responsible for it. Workspace content — what you and your organization put into Axiom, and the work Axiom's Roles produce for you — belongs to your organization; we process it on your organization's instructions to run the service, under our Data Processing Addendum.

What we collect

How AI processing works

Axiom's Roles do their work by sending text to our AI model provider. What is sent is the working context of a task — the Role's description, the goal and its target, relevant knowledge from your workspace, the task and its acceptance terms — work product being checked, and, once, your onboarding brief. We do not send your account email, your name, or your organization's name or identifiers alongside it. Our model provider does not use this data to train its models, processes it only to generate the output we request, and handles it under a data-processing agreement with us. Which provider this is, and where it processes your data, is on our Sub-processors page. Search indexing of your knowledge is computed inside our own database environment and is not sent to any vendor.

People named in your workspace

Work product can include information about people outside your organization — for example, a prospect list. Your organization decides whether to ask Axiom for that work and is responsible for having a lawful reason to hold it. It stays inside your workspace, isolated from every other customer.

Why we use it

Waitlist answers: to sequence and prepare early access and contact you about it. Contact data: to answer you. Analytics: to understand and improve the site. Account data: to provide, secure, bill and support the product, and to tell you about service status, maintenance and new features. Workspace content: only to run the service for your organization.

Aggregate statistics

We compile statistics about how the platform performs across customers — counts, rates and durations, such as the share of work that passes verification. We publish only figures that contain no workspace content and cannot identify any customer or individual.

No sale, no advertising

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We disclose data only to the service providers that run the site and product for us, under contract and only for the purposes above. The current list of these sub-processors — what each does, the data it handles and where — is maintained on our Sub-processors page, which we update with advance notice before any change.

Logging

Our operational logs are structured: timestamps, opaque identifiers, decisions, counts, token and cost figures. They do not contain workspace content. Secrets are never logged.

Retention and deletion

Waitlist and contact data: as long as needed to run early access and answer you. Account data: while your organization holds an account, plus any period the law requires. Workspace content: while the workspace exists; visible history is limited by your plan, and closing the workspace deletes its content. Ask for deletion at any time at [email protected].

Your rights

Axiom is a business product offered in the United States only, to businesses and to individuals who use it for business purposes, such as sole proprietors; it is not offered to consumers. Whatever state you live in, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access it, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy in a portable form, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. Because we do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, no opt-out of sale or targeted-advertising sharing applies. To make a request, contact [email protected]; we verify requests before acting and do not treat you differently for making one. If your personal information sits in a workspace your organization controls, we refer your request to that organization.

Where your data is handled

Your data is handled in the United States. Our primary database runs in a United States region (AWS us-east-2). Some service providers on our Sub-processors page may process limited data elsewhere; where that is so, it is identified on that page.

Children

The site and product are for business use and are not directed to children.

Changes

We update this page and its effective date before a change takes effect.
